She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

Purchasing a property. Mia has been incredibly proactive in contacting me to discuss new houses that have come to market over a 10 month period. She considered our budget and requirements incredibly well. As soon as a house came to market she would inform me, and thankfully this approach paid off and we are incredibly grateful as we have now found out next home. Professional, personable and understands the local market incredibly well. A real asset to the Hagley branch. We are incredibly thankful for her proactive approach, and consequently we have our dream home.

Whilst purchasing a property I predominantly dealt with Mia who was very friendly, helpful and a knowledgeable young professional. When ever I needed further information she more than happy to get the answers i needed.
Other members of the branch also were very friendly.
Highly recommend for any advice selling or looking for a property.

Maisie has been amazing throughout our mortgage process, from initial meet to securing a mortgage deal, she has been friendly, patient and helpful. She took all the stress out of the process for us! The other Shipways staff are always very helpful too. Definitely recommend :)

Make sure the house is still available before giving all your details. All this mob want are mortgage referrals and your data, avoid them as they put buyers off.

We are still in the process of completing our house sale with Shipways, but the service so far has been first class and very professional.
