Allen & Harris were very efficient, from the start of working with them. They came within a few days to view the house, we sorted everything in that visit- price, marketing, contract and strategy for selling . The house sold straight away and it took around 3 months in total. The only thing I didn't get to grips with was 'my account ' as I couldn't find up to date feedback or information regarding the state of the sale, however if I called the staff were able to help me. Stephen was very helpful.

Could not recommend the team at allen and harris Westbury highly enough! They sold our property before it even went live on the website! all down to what seems an incredibly proactive sales team. Jack was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly when appraising our property and remained throughout the process. We dealt with Neave throughout the sale who went above and beyond her job role in what was quite a tricky process to ensure our sale made it through to the end successfully. Great communication within this office too as someone was always able to answer our questions or relay them on to someone who could. Will most definitely being using them again!

We've recently change estate agents after having house on market for around 18 weeks, we were handle by Neave and Stephen, both being really friendly and keen to help us sell. Within a week of them advertising our house we had 4 viewings set up and after the first 3 viewings we already had 2 offers made on the house. So grateful to them and we are still going through sale process but they all has been great so far

Neave is a true asset to Allen & Harris. Whilst she was off on annual leave I did speak to a male who I found incredibly condescending and had it not been for Neave my review of Allen & Harris would not be as favourable.
We had a tricky last couple of weeks before exchange and I felt Neave was really on the ball in terms of getting and sharing updates.

Used Allen and Harris to sell our house. The service and communication was fantastic. Neave always kept us up to date via email as well as being amazingly helpful when we called. Everyone there knew exactly who we were when we called or even popped in. Even though the chain took time to complete, they provided the best service throughout. Also used their mortgage broker, who again was amazing.

A Gospel preaching church. Every one was very friendly. A good Sunday morning service. Great sermon and childrens talk.

Put my house on the market back in April with Allen and Harris Westbury. from the very start communication was brilliant. the team kept me up to date on all viewings and offers, I was able to have very frank and honest conversations with Jack regarding offers, We accepted an offer around Easter, its taken a little while for conveyancing to be completed due to a rather large chain, but the team have kept in touch regularly throughout. Allen and Harris have been my main point of contact for everything, even though our purchase was with a different estate agents. Also a great big thankyou to Ellie, for listening to my frustrations and celebrating on the phone with me when we finally exchanged contracts this week.

Fantastic estate agents from start to finish. I viewed houses with Jack, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We went through the buying process with Allen and Harris, they were excellent, especially Neave and Kyle. Kyle helped with the mortgage and insurance. Neave was always able to help, if you need answers, she'll get them! Thank you
