We’re very impressed with Gareth and his team at Brightest Move in Worle who got our purchase through in 18 days to exchange of contracts from when we agreed to buy.
When everyone told it takes months it took less than three weeks thanks to the motivation of the agent and the two solicitors all working together!

Don't go with the quotes from the cheaper agents. These guys sold our house for 20k more than the quote from another popular local agent.

We would especially like to thank sale progresser Gareth, he went above and beyond to help the sale go through quicker as we were having problems with all the solicitors in the chain.
