We recently dealt with Bridgfords when buying a property in Accrington, the agent who initially showed us round was Ty - Thayf Ullah, from the minute we met him and saw the house our experience was 100% positive. He chased up loose ends, kept us updated at every stage and was polite and helpful from start to finish, and at no point was he pushy; as some agents can be. We have no intention to move again but if we were to do, I would have Ty support us. Thank you again Thayf Ullah, you should be proud of the tailored service you supplied us with. Top man! My partner & I are first time buyers, and largely have no idea what we're doing. From our first viewing to the legal stages Bridgfords (Blackburn) have been amazing. Sue showed the property. She had great local knowledge, was enthusiastic without ever being overbearing & allowed us space to explore - we felt like we were being supported, rather than marketed to. After submitting and having an offer accepted, both Paul and Sue have helped lead us through the process - answering questions where needed, explaining timetables & generally being available and helpful - which has been hugely refreshing after dealings with some other agents. AVOID!!! Had a valuation booked for 3pm today… when nobody turned up at 3:20 we rang the office and no answer. We got a call back at 3:30 for an agent to tell us due to sickness they are short staffed and wanted to book a valuation for us on another day. Absolute time wasters. We took time off work for nothing. At least have the decency to let people know the appointment won’t be going ahead!!... Read more

Highly recommend Bridgfords, Blackburn branch. They recently handled a house sale for me. The teams professionalism and customer service were exceptional, very reassuring at what could otherwise be a stressful experience. They were proactive with viewings and dealing with the solicitors throughout the process, and offers were received immediately on the only day of viewings that was needed.
