Great agency to work with. Any issues which may arise, they deal with in a prompt and efficient manner.
Communication is swift and having a dedicated account manager makes the process much easier.

I have been renting a property through Martin and Co for approximately 2 and a half years. I have recently received communication that they will no longer be managing the tenancy from later this month.
The highest praise I can give is that I am gutted. Hannah, and the rest of the team, have been genuinely excellent throughout the period I have been renting, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough .
Always quick to respond to queries, resolved all issues that cropped up (many of my own making), with excellent communication throughout. I would recommend their services to anyone, and can only hope that the excellent service I have received continues moving forward with my current landlord.

My husband and I have received a fantastic service from Carol and Hannah. After missing out on a house to let, they kept our needs in mind and notified us of another property which they thought was well suited to us and got us booked in promptly for a viewing. We have since been accepted for this and couldn't be happier. Carol was extremely helpful during both viewings and was able to answer any questions we had. The team have all been friendly and professional, we couldn't have received a better service, thank you!

Booked a viewing for a flat in Victoria Mills apartment. They've confirmed again the day before to make sure I coming. But never showed up on the day and completely ghosted me.
I felt like an idiot for travelling all the way from Leeds and showing up 15 min early, taking the day off from work for the viewing.
Worse part is I've never got a reason for cancelling it. May someone else let the property before my viewing, but I wasn't even informed as a courtesy at the least.
Edit: Hi Gary thanks for your response. I am not sure what happened either. The intercom was a bit iffy because it was showing an error when I entered the flat number. I tried several times and gave up.
I actually managed to sneak in when someone else come out of the door, but when I knocked on the flat door, there was no response. I have called your office twice but the response I got was that the person must have left already so would have to reschedule the appointment. All of this could have been easily avoided if we could actually communicate.

Highly recommend Martin & Co, I have used them for almost a year and they have always been prompt, polite and professional. They have guided us through the entire lettings process, sourcing tenants, vetting, inventory and also managing the property. Hannah has been our main contact and she has been excellent, she is always happy to help and delivers a fantastic service as do the rest of the team. Martin & Co were recommended to us and they haven't disappointed and now from personal experience I would also highly recommend Martin & Co.
