The team at the Poynton office were excellent from start to finish - professional, friendly and approachable. The sales literature, photos, our viewing numbers and sales negotiations all exceeded our expectations. We agreed a sale within a week of going to market. A big shout out goes to the Branch Manager, Joanne Macleod. Her knowledge of the market resulted in an accurate valuation which was achieved. Without Joanne’s expertise I’m not sure we would have overcome some of the issues that arose from the conveyancing stage of the sale. Her diligence and tenacity got our sale over the line. We cannot reccomend the team in the Poynton branch highly enough. Nothing was ever a trouble, they were always accomodating and kept themselves well informed of the progress of the sale and purchase at all times. We dealt mostly with Jo and Lucy and both were always so enthusiastic and helpful, they were also great with the kids when we brought them for their first viewing which could have gone either way! I honestly couldn't fault them and would definitely use them again... however they have found us our forever home so hopefully that won't be necessary!!... Read more

Jo, Owen and Nicole recently marketed and successfully supported us in the sale of a family property. The service they provided was nothing short of 1st class (professional yet friendly) and much exceeded our expectations. They demonstrated excellent local knowledge and clearly had lots of experience of selling properties in Poynton. They offered us lots of sound advice and were always willing to share their time throughout the process. This included supporting us with some queries and advice after the sale, which went above and beyond their obligations. Communication throughout the process was always appropriate and their marketing and promotion of the property was spot on. They even returned to the property and took extra photos for us ( at no extra cost) when the garden was in full bloom to maximise the potential.
