Came in the wild overvaluation to secure the property, then kept us to reduce the value by 25,000 within four weeks then a further 25,000 in another four weeks as part of the boxing day sale did us very good viewings offers the second and third we had However communication has been less than des, leaving my son who used to be estate agent to do most of the viewings and communicating with the purchaser

Nicholas and the team in Lower Parkstone provided me with excellent service. He realised that my property was undervalued by other agents and managed to get me a substantial increase in my home.Their customer service is second to none. He provided me with regular updates, viewings throughout the sales progression. I couldn't recommend Austin Wyatt enough ,as they have gone beyond and above my expectations after having a poor experience withe other local agent.

I was very disappointed Tony the sales person did not show up for his appointment and left a couple standing outside in the cold I had to show them around then he embarrassed me to the point of no return I was so upset I will never recommend your company.

Extremely rude and condescending staff and offered very little in the way of an apology when raised with manager. Male staff clearly think women are beneath them. Told I MUST speak to their mortgage brokers if I wish to place an offer - which is entirely untrue and hard sales. Avoid this company when buying or selling.

Amelia showed us around a property last Saturday and was extremely diligent, friendly and helpful. Politeness and presentation DO make a difference and she is an asset to Austin & Wyatt in Parkstone. Although this property wasn't for us, I wouldn't hesitate to view more properties with Austin & Wyatt. The questions we were asked as buyers and the care taken, would be extremely reassuring should I ever come to sell my property with this agent. Amelia, thank you for making our viewings on Saturday more positive, you were leaps and bounds ahead of all competitor agents we viewed properties with.
