Avoid at all costs.
This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property.
Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

We have been extremely pleased with the support and guidance we have received from Ryan and his colleagues at Ryder and Dutton, even though they were acting for our sellers and not us directly. Nothing was too much trouble for them - Ryan was professional, extremely helpful and always cheerful and pleasant whenever we contacted him (which was a LOT) - it made what is usually a stressful process very easy indeed. I dealt with the Glossop team as they were selling the house I bought, Ryan was the glue in our what became quite a turbulent chain process. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, regular proactive updates and always went above and beyond to help. I would like to go on record to commend the service we received from Ryder & Dutton's team in Glossop.
We live in Ireland and decided to sell our house in Glossop late last 2021. It's said selling a house is one of the most stressful things one undertakes in their lifetime, never mind doing it from overseas.
Ryan Jackson went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. It was very refreshing to meet a sales professional who over delivered on everything he promised. We found him responsive, professional, level headed and an extremely likeable young man (even though he is a blue..????????).
In truth Ryan ran held the deal together at times and ensured it's completion.
Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend him and your company.
Looking forward to a red revival next year Ryan!!!

We didn't instruct Ryder & Dutton to act for us but they acted for our sellers and we definitely would have had them represent us! From the outset despite not acting for us Ryan was so friendly and kept us up to date with the whole chain regularly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt like he was our own agent the whole way, he was amazing! Adam carried out our viewings and was really lovely and friendly too. Really down to earth but excellent service and we will use them if we ever sell our new house!

Very happy and impressed with the service from Ryder Dutton Glossop on the sale of our Tintwistle home, from agreement of sale on 31st January and completion on 22nd April - 12 weeks fantastic job. From the outset Damien very informative and helpful, Ryan guiding us through the whole process, great support and communication. Recommended our Solicitors on the Sale who were also outstanding and very communicative and responded throughout and hit deadline dates for us.
