We have previously bought and sold through Watson in Holt and were totally pleased in the help we received from all members of staff.
We were therefore very comfortable in approaching them when we saw the bungalow we moved into 2 weeks ago advertised on Rightmove.
All of their staff were very helpful and professional, yet with a friendly manner.
Once our offer was accepted Julie was particularly helpful in ensuring that the vendors solicitors liaised promptly with our solicitor. That was crucial as our solicitor got contracts exchanged in just over 3 weeks and we completed just 2 days later. Julie has also been extremely helpful in ensuring we got various requests completed quickly.
She and her colleagues have been very impressive and if we were the vendors selling the property we would be particularly pleased with their input.

My 86yr old father recently sold his house through Watsons and also bought his next one through them. His house was a pretty niche property, being a 200yr old flint cottage with a huge garden on a busy main road. Watsons achieved something pretty impressive in that they not only secured an excellent price for my father, but, equally importantly to him having recently lost my mother, they found a buyer who loves the garden as much as my mother did! And when it came to progressing the purchase of his new house, Watsons were hugely instrumental in keeping the 5 property chain together, when on a number of occasions it looked more likely to break apart. If you're looking to sell a property in Holt, look no further than Watsons and the best property sales team in town. Thank you, Ann, Karen & Julie. We couldn't have done it without you!
