I would highly recommend avoiding using Platinum Properties like the plague, especially if you are a tenant!!! If you are unfortunate enough to be with Platinum already, I would advise demanding to be present at the exit inspection. We recently had an issue where the inspection was carried out (without us being notified!) the deposit was released and we were told there were no issues. Then weeks after leaving the property, we were told we needed to replace the carpets in the property (despite paying a pet deposit and them returning the deposit, stating that everything was fine!) and threatening to take legal action against us. This was THEIR error and clearly they were too embarrassed to admit their negligence to the landlord and so pushed it back on us. I also have to say that the owner of the business was one of the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with and his overall customer service was absolutely shocking! The rest of the team were incompetent and could not provide us with the clause within the contract that we had apparently breached despite us asking several times. Overall this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience!... Read more

I could not recommend Platinum Properties high enough. They are by far the best agents i have ever dealt with. They helped me so much moving into a property i was interested in. They went out of thier way to make it happen. I have dealt with all the staff at some point and each and everyone one of them have been amazing. They are so helpful no matter what. If you ever have the pleasure to deal with them have no doubt you are in same hands. I am now currently moving to downside with them. No matter what the house, i would always stick with using Platinum even when i am in the position to buy. All the staff are a credit to Platinum Properties! Thank you for everything!... Read more

The whole team at Platinum were friendly, professional and even going above and beyond what's expected of them. They kept us informed and updated us all the way and were a joy to communicate with. Karen was head and shoulders above the other agents who came out to value, she knew what she was doing, was trustworthy and saw how individual our house was within the local area unlike the others. Having Platinum show buyers around instead of ourselves was important to us, and they didn't let us down once, always taking the viewings. They did an amazing job and I'd highly recommend them. Platinum were by far the most professional organisation we dealt with throughout our home move experience. Like many people, our house buying experience became complicated but Platinum took great care of us through the selling experience, including accomodating viewings at obscure times (with our permission) to ensure no potential buyer was turned away. A particular note should be made to Steve and Karen who were the reason we appointed Platinum to start with.
