Jamil and Liz have been absolutely fantastic through the whole selling process, it was our first time and they talked us through each step and we sold in just a few days! Turned up on time with partner to have a second viewing of a property to be told to wait whilst the agent showed someone else around. Unacceptable customer service. They could have informed us of a change in plan, or done a group viewing and we would have been accommodating. I dearly hope no other houses we are interested in come up with this agent.... Fantastic service from both Liz Waller and Jamil Nahoor. A pleasure to view houses with and a pleasure to speak to every time you need them to sort something out with the progress of the purchase or sale. This can not be valued highly enough as there is usually tricky matters to deal with and these two roll up their selves and work magic. You want them on your side during this process! Tom at King and Chasemore, Newhaven was the most helpful letting agent we have used in our 20 years of renting nothing was too much trouble , he was always to hand to speak to with any questions we had and the property was as he promised... which makes a pleasant change if you want to rent tom makes it easy ... even met us at the property for key handover at 830 am so we could move with ease thank you tom.......... Recommend King and Chasemore in Newhaven High Street. They really went above and beyond with the sale of my house AND they helped me find my next house. Nothing was to much for them. If you want an estate agents who’s staff are normal honest people then these are your guys. Also they make a nice cuppa :)... Read more

I recently sold my house through King and Chasemore Newhaven. I was advised and guided by Liz Waller. I have to say she was amazing. She kept me informed throughout the process and was always in hand to deal or advise with any questions that arose. When the buyers asked for certain reports Liz was helpful in arranging them. Moving house is a stressful time whether you are buying or selling and Liz was very supportive which made the process less stressful.
