A MASSIVE thank you to Andre for securing a fixed rate mortgage for us. We've always used Fish 4 Mortgages for help in securing the right deals for us over the last 8 years and they have always been very helpful, polite, and provided great communication throughout the whole process. Andre will always remember our case as it was very complex and time consuming. However Andre was on hand all the way through the 6 month process and helped chase solicitors, estate agents where there was a severe lack of miscommunication, he even visited our seller to speed things along. Tim of Fish4Mortgage was recommended to me by a friend who had a very positive experience whe she purchased her first house, and so did I. Tim took away the stress of dealing with solicitors, estate agents, insurance and so on. He was always at the other end of the phone, very quick to reply to messages and phone calls, quick to contact the relevent parties and very reassuring. You can tell he knows the business and how to guide a beginner through the whole process.
