We had a long sales process which was expertly managed by Sophi and Sam. They kept our original buyer throughout and helped us massively when we had to drop out of our original purchase and find somewhere else to buy. There were a few snags and plenty of nuance along the way but GTH smoothed everything out. Highly recommend.

Sold a house via GTH, which we had bought through them a couple of years ago. Sam and his team were thoroughly helpful and professional. Sam's assessment of the house and the current state of the market was very useful in setting a realistic and achievable price.
As we did not live in the house they handled all the viewings. We went to market in August and had accepted an offer from a cash by October. The sale process went smoothly and we completed in early December.
Many thanks to Sam and Sophie and the rest of the team at GTH for making this a pretty painless process.

I have recently purchased a property through the Ilminster office. And my experience was fantastic!
Relocating from up north it’s safe to say we viewed a lot of property in the West Country and met a lot of agents and from the outset all of the GTH branches stood out with their friendly and professional staff.
Once we found our dream home the team in Ilminster were faultless. Sam provided us with key information when we first submitted our offer and then throughout the sales progression Sophie Kept us well informed, always returned our calls promptly and provided us with the information we needed.
