Peter Alan - Bridgend / Maesteg lettings - Woeful experience as a landlord - total lack of communications. Did not bother to take over the tenancies from my previous agent and no communication - chased and chased and then failed to return my calls - now have to g o back to the previous agent. Luke Sales and Lettings manager cannot be trusted and does not return calls - all talk and no substance.... Read more

I am beyond greatful to joshua at peter alan for helping me and my family find our home it has been so stressful with hurdle after hurdle but we got there in the end and with josh with us every step of the way he has been amazing and even with holding down the office on his own he still came through for us i really do highly recommend josh he goes above an beyond he really does and he makes you feel like family not just a cliant and i think he really should be put forward for a letting manager possition as he goes that extra mile and really does go over and above i cant thank josh enough he is amazing so heres to you josh a fabulous guy all round many thanks Stacey hart and family... I am currently using Rachel King’s mortgage services for the purchase of my first home and the process throughout couldn’t have been easier or quicker. Rachel was extremely helpful in our first meeting where she checked our affordability and helped us work out exactly how much we could spend on monthly payments as well as our regular spending.
