The team were so helpful - especially Nicola. It was quite daunting as we were first time buyers but Nicola was so lovely, she knew exactly what we wanted and would recommend other properties she thought we would like . We were always kept up to date and had such an amazing experience buying our first house. Would definitely recommend :)

Made an appointment to view an empty property and the agent would meet us there. Over a few days I had two text messages (from a short code address that did not accept replies) confirming - including one at 07:34 on a Saturday. A further text message on the day asking me to confirm by phone, so I did. On arrival at the property five mins before the appointment, nobody there. Knocked on the door, nothing. Waited for fifteen minutes, nothing. Phoned the office several times, nothing but a message effectively saying "we're too busy to answer" and not accepting messages. Gave up and left. On contacting them later rather than an apology they suggested I'd gone to the wrong property. I can't even process this. Absolutely clueless and completely unacceptable. If you are selling a property you might want to think of other estate agents in the area. By the way, I WAS at the correct property!

Holywell branch - avoid!!
At the end of Feb 2021 I put an offer on the house in Bagillt for the price of 227,000.00.
After reaching the point of 3/4 of conveyancing process we were told the price changed to 260,000.00 (9,5 months later!). As we were using Help To Buy scheme this fell out of the cap so we were left with no choice but dropping the deal. The price was not negotiable. Until today nobody knows when the house will be ready for completion (maybe Easter 2022) even if in Feb 2021 we were buying not the plot, but the standing house! The contractors changed during this 9,5 month ordeal and developers were very hard to reach and communicate. I was involved in never ending chain of people to finally get to the developer's chasing team who dependant of who you dealt with were trying to help or not. Developers are Quatrefoil just so you know - please avoid.
Clearly mistake of the branch left me with ongoing stress for 9,5 months, submitting mortgage offer twice (losing credit score) and bills to pay (valuation fees, lawyers). I cannot stress how much we lost by dealing with this company. Please don't make this mistake.

Beresford Adams had two viewings lined up for the property before it even went live on the market. Leeanne Jones dealt with the sale and was endlessly helpful, responding to emails and calls promptly and even out of hours. She gave us confidence about the intentions of the buyer from the outset, identifying her correctly as a genuine purchaser, and the offer was accepted the day the house went on sale. Leanne thereafter dealt with the various parties involved in the transaction on our behalf quickly and always to our satisfaction. And importantly she was personable, polite and patient. She is clearly in the right job! We would have no hesitation in recommending her and her colleagues at the Holywell branch.

Well Laura the financial advice was brilliant when she sorted out my remortgage, I work funny hours and I was going to work at midnight most days so i was going to bed 4pm she did everything for me. Laura was very professional and I joy to deal with throughout the process excellent service, plus she sounded really nice to.

Excellent service from Leanne at Beresford Adams Holywell! Leanne was completely professional and kept regularly in contact throughout the process. The purchase of our new home was incredibly stressful with it taking much longer than expected and the arrival of my new baby in between, but Leanne always made me feel reassured and in the loop! If I could give six stars, I would!
