We asked Tim to value our property with a view to putting it up for sale, this was in October 23 and the market was a little strange so we weren’t expecting much.
However he came out straight away and Richard took some beautiful photos and within 48 hours of it going on Rightmove we had sold!
Tim has vast knowledge of the local area and seems to know everyone, his connections really made a difference in this turbulent market.
Would thoroughly recommend using this friendly efficient agent for what is a pretty stressful time!
