Great experience selling my house through Gowland White, The team took a lot of the stress out of the whole process, they were very informative and helpful from start to finish, gave me some very good advice on how to market my property, I got constant updates and feedback from viewings that I had usually within 24 Hours. Can't recommend Demi and her team highly enough and would definately use again. 10/10

Bought a house and Gowland and white were the sellers agents. Very good to deal with, good at providing updates and thinking ahead of the process to ensure everything was in place and everyone in the chain was doing their bit. I even received a ‘new home’ gift which was a touch of class! Demi and the girls were really good. Both Stockton and Yarm branches were helpful in the sale, other agents I’ve used don’t seem to talk to each other like Gowland White do. If I ever need to sell I would use Gowland white. Thanks to everyone.

I promised Demi at GW that I would write this review after the help they gave us. Sadly, when we did not pick GW as estate agent for our sale, we made a huge mistake. The chosen agent (MH) procrastinated, fumbled and were generally unhelpful. Communication was shocking. We were so unhappy with that agent, but locked into a long contract, that we went to Demi for advice and help. She was lovely, and we actually had our property jointly listed with two potential viewings within 24 hours. If you're looking for competent, friendly and knowledgeable assistance - look no further than Demi and her lovely team in Stockton. A cut above other agencies in my experience. Thank you all.

Absolutely brilliant service from all the team at Gowland White!
After a poor experience, and a wasted and frustrating few months trying to sell our late father's property through the local branch of a national Estate Agency chain, we decided to try a fresh approach. We are so glad that we did.
Demi, Jodene, Magda, Nicola and all the support team were absolutely first class, from the initial visit, through the marketing process, and then successfully completing the sale. They were all helpful, friendly, and did everything they promised they would do promptly and efficiently. Communication was first rate, and they achieved a quick sale and our full asking price, thanks to their database of contacts, and effective marketing.
It was really heartening to receive such a first rate service. We won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and will certainly use them again ourselves should the opportunity arise.
