M&B are friendly, patient with repeated queries and very strong on the local and less local markets.
They kept us informed throughout and were reassuring at times.

Other independent estate agents mentioned that the valuation was too high with miles and Barr initially, but we felt more confident with them for selling due to their marketing techniques and excellent communication. This was definitely the case, they are friendly, welcoming and seem to put you at ease
We did end up lowering the house price within a couple of weeks but this may also have been due to the current economic crisis, not specifically miles and bare being inaccurate

Especially, Rhyss was always very helpful, polite and fast at replying.
Gave excellent advice and support through the whole sale and purchase process.

Miles and Barr were excellent agents. They were realistic with their pricing and gave helpful advice on what I could do inside the property to help achieve the highest price. They were proactive and intelligent about bringing the right people around to view meaning I got a sale quickly (7 weeks). They arranged viewings before my property went “live” online rather than waiting. Communication was constant, I never had to ring them as they were organised and efficient in ringing and emailing me. I would definitely use them again.
