Highly recommend. Tracy Bennett has dealt with the marketing of my house and helping to agree a sale in only a few weeks of having my house on the market. She provides a professional yet personalised friendly service. Communication is great and she is always on hand to answer any queries. They know the local area and their ability to secure a quick sale is second to none.

Most unprofessional service of all our local estate agents. Having bought numerous houses over the years for rent the only estate agent I haven’t managed to secure a property through is Michael Poole. In my opinion they actively encourage price wars and gazumping. Over the last 12 months I have had 3 offers on 3 separate houses accepted on the understanding that they were taken off the market, only to receive notification within a day that higher offers had been accepted and asking if we would like to increase our offers.
So be careful and very cautious and don’t get over exited thinking you have secured your new dream home as there maybe a sting in the tail round the corner

From booking viewings to placing an offer on a property both Tracy and Victoria have been efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tracy was a huge help in providing detailed information on the local area, schools and amenities. All of the questions we had were answered promptly and honestly. Victoria has been wonderful at keeping us informed during the purchase process. She provided us with a checklist on what to expect from start to finish which was a nice detail and has proven to be very helpful.

I cannot speak highly enough about the unbelievable customer service given to me by Tracy at the Coulby Newham branch.
As anyone knows conveyancing is stressful!!
Being within the chain I was constantly on the phone to Tracy sometimes several times a day and she has sometimes rang me after close of business to return my calls. I would call this going above and beyond and she worked tirelessly to obtain the desired results of exchanging today. Her professionalism and dedication and always giving me the correct and accurate update I was very grateful for. I said to her a number of times her calming manner and positivity helped me keep calm.
Every member of staff whom I spoke to I found helpful.
Thank you all but especially Tracy ????????
