In my opinion one of the best team of Connells in entire UK.
Ellen is gem, she is great finance advisor for mortgage queries. She is prompt and always goes extra mile in resolving issues.
Tim/Rebecca are other team members who are also worth mentioning.
I have dealt with Connells team from other regions, this team from Wellesbourne is different breed.
Customer centric and always ready to do best for their customers.

His knowledge of the properties shown was second-to-none, and after we had our offer accepted, kept us up to date thereon until exchange and completion. They were proactive getting viewings for the property initially using an open day. Accompanied viewings enabled it to be conducted on a professional level without us getting personally involved at this stage with the potential purchaser . Our property was sold within a matter of weeks, for the amount we wanted. This meant we needed to Find a new home that met with our needs quickly and their contribution to our search was a real help to us finding our next home. We bought our first house which turned out to be quite a complicated purchase but Tim and Harry kept us updated every step of the way and were able to advise us on a couple of different things that we were clueless about. We are so happy we had their support through this exciting but quite stressful process!! We are so excited to start the work on our new home ????????

After viewing a lot of houses with other agencies we were left struggling. After arranging our first viewing with Harry we were both struck with his professionalism and his proactive nature. He arranged some great viewings and had our offer accepted on one house within days.
Throughout the whole process Harry and Tim have been great every step of the way. They have been patient and helped us get things off the ground at many different steps.
Couldn't have asked anymore from them and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Tim, Ellen & Harry and the rest of the Connells gang are masters of their work. From the very moment of interest in purchasing our first home they’ve been nothing but advancing with helpful information and what to do. Harry heard me out and answered all my crazy questions, booked us in with Ellen, the greatest mortgage advisor in the country, who held us every step of the way and Tim who took us round and showed us our home and continued to answer questions where we needed for the next few months.
Connells have been so amazing with helpful us two first time buyers figure out what to do, what it means, what’s next and honestly… what the hell is going on & when do we usually stop screaming in panic?
Our experience with the Connells massive isn’t something that I’m gonna forget in a long time. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for us and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life celebrating our home, thanks to them.

The staff at this estate agent represented the seller of the house I wanted to buy in a big hurry due to an unexpected personal emergency. They worked professionally and collaboratively with my solicitor, my surveyor and the sellers solicitor to get me moved into the property at top speed. I am now settling in and enjoying my new property very much. I would recommend using this estate agent if you want a sale on your property because they will really act in your interest to get the property sold doing what it takes to keep the seller onboard.
