I sold a property I joint owned with an ex partner who didn’t make the process easy , Bairstow eves radfords Gemma, Claire and Bailey did an amazing job to get this across the line which I know they would agree was a challenge. They would push solicitor’s, buyers sellers to get the job done, they would always get back to me promptly and even helped me to achieve more than at some points I doubted I would a achieve.

Claire Dawes’s team at Bairstow Eves Radford did a great job in selling our house in the Daimler Green estate despite the market being quite challenging at the beginning of the year. They even got an offer at the asking price for us but only to be let down by the mortgage lender’s valuer. Would definitely use them again for future sales.

After a very emotional rollercoster of a sale, Bairstoweves Radford, have been second to none. The whole team were extra helpful and nothing was ever too much of an ask.
I would like to give Claire an extra mentions for the extra mile she continously went to support my whole family on our sale. I say whole family because Claire could transform into Mary Poppins when visiting the house, which my boys loved. This helped them feel happy and secure with the whole idea of selling their home and having strangers enter to visit. She helped me personally on days when things seemed too stressful and overwhelming. She would make sure I understood every stage and was incredibly insightful and patient. For that I can not thank her enough. One happy family.

Buying a house through Bairstow Eves & they have all been great from the start. Especially the in house mortgage advisor Michaela Milton! She has been absolutely incredible with securing us a mortgage, we have had a few hurdles along the way and she has always kept going and finding solutions until she got us our mortgage, she puts so much time and effort into her work and has been a life saver with ours! She stayed positive the whole time and kept in contact with us at every step so we were never left wondering about anything, always on the other end of the phone for any questions
Michaela went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are so grateful!
She told us at the start she will help us throughout and she did exactly that!

We have just recently sold our house through the radford branch of bairstoweves and would like to say a big thank you to all the girls there. Claire, Gemma, Bayliegh, and Melissa were all so professional and really helpful through out the whole process. We had a few hiccups with our first buyer but before we knew it we was sold again in no time thanks to the team. They went out their way to help not just with the sale of our property but also with other inquiries we would have that were not even related to the sale, always being so friendly, professional and patient with my daily phone calls. They made such a stressful process so easy and simple and explained everything in detail.
