Throughout the whole process I thought the experience was really professional and expertly provided. The journey I had was not the easiest with the original buyer pulling out, however the excellent service and support allowed me to find another buyer quickly and achieve a short completion. I would like to say an extra thank you to Erica for all that was done in handling the sale, it is very much appreciated.
Finally just so say that in the future I will look nowhere else but Lee Shaw should I require the use of Estate Agent again.

We recently purchased our new home through Lee Shaw Stourbridge, the service we received was excellent both Erica and particularly Gemma were both professional and efficient, whilst also receiving every call cheerfully, they always had time to listen and gave great advice every time, two ladies who were a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you for everything and for helping to make the whole process very smooth and a little less stressful. Their post sale service has also been very appreciated, and still nothing seems too much trouble.

I recently purchased a house through Lee Shaw in 6 weeks! I had recently completed on the sale of my house and was purchasing a property with no onward chain and Erica along with the solicitors made sure that the process went smoothly and was completed in just 6 week’s ensuring we were in our home for Christmas. I would highly recommend Lee Shaw and Erica who has been brilliant throughout the process and very professional, friendly and efficient. This was definitely the best house purchase experience I have had.
