Chris from Paul Carr came out to give us a valuation of a property. He was very professional but friendly too. He valued the house & then came to talk to us about the house & about the different ways that they can sell your property. He answered our questions with great knowledge. He was not a bit pushy and has given us as long as we need to decide on which estate agents we wish to use. His attitude must get Paul Carr lots of clients.

Property was over valued. I had to tell the valuer to drop their evaluation by £15,000, it still didn't sell but it was definitely over priced by a professional. Disappointed overall.

Completing our house move turned out to take a lot longer than we'd hoped, but the staff at Paul Carr Brownhills were exceptional from start to finish. Their calm and reassuring nature kept us positive throughout. They were professional and relentless in their ambitions to not only sell our house, but also to help us find (and successfully offer) on another property. They were excellent with communication throughout and all for a reasonable fixed fee at the end. So grateful to Rachel and the team. It's been a long year, but so glad we went with Paul Carr! Couldn't speak more highly of them!

Would highly recommend using Paul Carr Brownhills as I found all the staff helpful and always answered any questions or queries that we had when selling my father's home and Rachel chased up and always kept me informed on the progress of the whole selling proceedings from Start to finish if I found myself having to buy or sell another property then I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Paul Carr at Burntwood have been nothing but excellent throughout our sale. We was sold after our initial valuation with Matt. Who was both knowledgeable and friendly (and a big fan of Star Wars! What not to love). They’re always contactable and have provided guidance and advice whenever needed. They help us through a very difficult sale and help us with the negotiations. Very pleased we went with Paul Carr. Would highly recommend. Special thank you to Alison and Bernadette for being patient, personal and professional throughout.

What a fantastic team Matt and his team are, From meeting Matt on the first instance who wasn't pushy, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable, Jimmi throughout who worked extremely hard with the viewings keeping me informed and providing feedback promptly, always having a friendly voice and a fantastic personality gave me ease and confidence. Rachel battled with solicitors and the purchaser to ensure the deal went through keeping everyone involved, updated and positive. They are a friendly team and was always a pleasure to speak with. Never had to chase and true to their word. I would definitely recommend and use again for my next sale.

Matt, Jimmi- Anne, Debbie and all the team in Brownhills have all gone above and beyond to support us through the process. We feel so valued and involved. Nothing is too much trouble and their care and attention makes this whole process less stressful. We felt in the best hands from the beginning. We sold our home within days of it being on the market and the whole process following us accepting an offer on our property has moved along as it should with clear communication and prompt answers to any questions and the assurance we hoped for as we move towards exchange and eventually completion. Paul Carr agents in Browniehills were excellent in all aspects in selling my property. Credit due to all the branch staff , especially Matt being professional & prompt throughout. Would certainly recommend this branch for selling or buying .

I just contacted brown hills Paul carr & spoke to a lady called jinny Wilkinson or Jimmy ,she was very very rude & unprofessional as also the manager , I asked about a property immediately she said “it’s had to many viewings” no alternative was given then was very quick to take my details before I could ask anything about the property she hung up the phone , poor customer service as a cash buyer they have just lost a sale
I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent to anyone brown hills Paul carr is a disgrace to the Paul carr business.

My experience with Paul Carr was excellent. I used the Brownhills branch and the service was 1st class from start to finish. I was updated at every step of the way and would most definitely use them again in the future.

6 months ago, I made the nervous decision to sell my house, not having clue what to do I contacted Matt and his team who guided me carefully through the journey of selling a house, at no stage did I feel pressured and any awkward questions (or silly questions I thought) they were all very professional and returned my calls quickly and politely.. I am now moments away from moving and up until the exchange it was a bit of a bumpy ride with solicitor etc, however RACHEL who deals with the sale through to your completion, was a breath of fresh air and made my journey easier, I don’t know what I would have done without having top sales team around me (Rachel, May and the team) and my amazing final advisor Becki of Xl Finance ... what can I say , I couldn’t do your jobs, but you are so professional and your guidance was gold star, thank you for everything. Paul Carr Brownhills you were and are my angels , thank you for the support over the last 6 months nothing was too much trouble.. good luck with your next sale
