One of the worse estate agents I've ever known. My partner has been ringing and ringing and emailing regarding 2 rental properties for a week maybe alittle longer and no reply. Now we've had to apply for another property with another estate agents because we need to get moved for our start dates. Don't bother with this place if you're looking to rent.

Jackie and her team were really helpful, kept chasing solicitors on our behalf when things were taking a long time. At the start of the process we didn’t feel pushed into making an offer, unlike at other estate agents. Would recommend if you’re buying your first home!

Feel like it’s run and managed by a group of amoebas. No one seems to care or understand the basic premise of what their job is or what they’re supposed to be doing. My favourite example being a photo taken of a broken blind in the check in report they provided to us before we moved in. Description “broken blind”. Maybe fix the blind before we move in instead of documenting it… we have now moved out, having left the house in a better condition and having paid to have professionally cleaned. They still haven’t returned the deposit after 2 months and I have now had to raise a dispute with the deposit protection firm.

All the staff at blundells office were helpful, friendly and supportive. November was never an easy time to sell and all staff tried their best resulting in a sale before Christmas. Hayley was brilliant from the beginning in trying various ways to sell the property including open days, Katherine was kept me regular informed during the sale and Matthew was always helpful in cover when the other staff were not around.
