I dealt with Stephenson's at a very difficult time as I sold my deceased mum's home. I used the Easingwold branch and from the very start Gill and the team were so helpful and guided me through the sale process, including the issue of the probate. The sale was not straightforward due to the representatives of the other parties involved in the sale and the team especially Gill went above and beyond what was required of them in sorting the issues out, keeping me fully updated throughout the whole process. From the initial contact with Nick Lawrence who photographed and presented the property for marketing and Fiona and Gill in the office who always kept us up to speed with what was happening. There were a few testing times along the way as we were leaving the area and moving to the Isle of Man but thanks to the hardwork of Fiona it all came together in the end.
