First Class Service! We recently sold my mother-in-laws property through Dixon’s & the way they managed the whole process was excellent. From marketing the property (you will never have a more professional photo of your property taken, they make them look amazing!), to the in house solicitors they offer, the process was totally hassle free. Yes their fees aren’t the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. If you want an easy, professional, hassle free process, we would highly recommend them!... Read more

Although Dixons didn’t sell my house (as it sold with the previous Agent within 3 weeks of changing to Dixons), Charlotte, Anna & Jake have been a joy to deal with. Charlotte in particular has been absolutely amazing, I’ve phoned her many, many times & she’s always been so helpful & supportive & given me fantastic advice when I’ve needed it. I’m so sorry my house didn’t sell with Dixons (through no fault on their part), they had 3 viewings lined up as soon as it went on the market! The customer service I had from them was exemplary & I honestly can’t recommend them enough.... Read more

On the first visit from Anna at dixons I hadn't a clue as to what I was doing, Anna put my mind at ease and reassured me everything would be fine, Charlotte and Anna were my main port of call- or I should say the ones I called daily when I had a panic over even the smallest things, I had no clue or idea how stressful selling a house was but after 1 day on the market my house sold! Sadly the first sale fell through and the second but finally the third time was the lucky one, All sold within 2 weeks of being on the market!! The girls were brilliant in the office and couldn't of asked for a better company to sell our property with, it did take a while to go through but that was no fault of dixons they were really supportive and fab ladies .. thanks dixons I would defo recommend you to friends and family! A “Going2fast”

Recently sold my property via Dixons Stourbridge branch and very impressed with the service received. To make my life easier I opted to utilise the services Dixons (Apart of the Countrywide group) offer such as Solicitors... and yes I paid a little extra but I sold my leasehold property (offer to completion) in under the current national average (Under 3 months). Don't mess around with online agents they offer nothing other than a bill at the end & false promises. Stick with the high street and I recommend Dixons Estate Agents. Big thanks to the whole team! My experiences of selling my house in Wordsley in 2016 was terrible, first of all my first sale fell through as Dixon's failed to follow the sale through and the buyer went elsewhere . The second went through after lots and lots of chasing , which I feel is the estate agents job as part of their commission. After the completion I was told by the purchaser that she felt one of the male members at staff at Dixon's Stourbridge had acted inappropriately on a number of occasions which made her feel uncomfortable. I find this kind of behaviour totally unacceptable from an estate agent.... Read more

We would like to say a massive thank you to Lisa and Darren at Dixons for their help in our house move. We purchased our house through Dixons, but were in a long and complicated chain which was in danger of falling through many times. Lisa stands head and shoulders above all the professionals we had dealings with (including our own estate agents) in her determination and tenacity in pulling everything together.
