Unfortunately since putting it in their hands I have heard nothing except one possible viewer who cancelled. Since then nothing no up date apart from yours. This property has been under Taylors Lettings for two over two months there was a potential Tennant's but today 17th January found out they had not been truthful in their statements. They didn't work the NHS and we're bank staff zero hours. Taylors asked if I was ok with a guarantor. No. If they lied once they will do it again. I have had to ring them up so many times to find out with very casual comments. I now have put it into other Agents hands but if would appear I have lost potentional Lettings as now there is an abundance of to let properties. I am taking this complaint to Readress on issues of incompetence , not trying to get as much information as possible before and being complacent. They must have a reputation of being too easy as this is not the first time scammers have tried to get properties.

Mitch at Taylors Brierley Hill is an excellent professional who we trusted with our sale. From start to finish, we were always reassured by Mitch and his team, even though it took a few twists and turns (A lot of it out of anyones hands due to the economy and "mini-budget" of 2022) and it all worked out in the end. We would highly recommend Taylor’s in Brierley Hill due to the professional, helpful , knowledgeable, competitively priced service that we have received from start to finish of the sale of our property. Very approachable and helpful staff. The lady ( Hannah Mellings) who was assigned to the sale of our property and has done a fantastic job keeping on top of everything, she even made sure someone was up to date with our property in her absence, fantastic communication. All the staff that we had contact with were fantastic . Taylor’s you exceeded our expectations and we have no issue what so ever recommending you.

Taylors work with great speed, friendly, excellent communications and managed to get a sale agreed within two weeks. The staff are easy to talk to and will assist with anything however small. Brilliant estate agents, highly recommended.
