Just wanted to say thanks for the service. I am buying not selling a property and Sue in Sales Progression is lovely. She is very prompt in her responses and is so helpful and approachable. All the team I have met/spoken with are great. I bought a house before this that fell through with another estate agent and the service was appalling, they were so pushy, applied so much pressure and were extremely rude which made me worried about the next time I dealt with an estate agent again but honestly the service has been fab and very personable too.Thank you it is a stressful time and especially when you have a solicitors that have been a nightmare. They have helped greatly with the process.

Very disappointed with lack of professionalism and poor service from this estate agent. We placed an offer on a house. Had very little communication and continuously promised a call back. Would definitely not recommend. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Each member of staff we dealt with in respect of the sale of our house was totally professional. Moving house is an infrequent occurrence and so a degree of hand-holding is needed. The staff were good at this and communications were timely and comprehensive. We would certainly recommend this firm.

From the initial valuation visit through to sale completion, our house sale was handled by Dana McDowall at Jeremy McGinn. She was attentive to our needs and thoughts, and worked alongside us to ensure that we felt listened-to and comfortable from the start.
Dana engaged and communicated with us superbly throughout the various stages of: marketing, house visits, offers and negotiations. She was professional, calm and friendly in her style, giving support and confidence needed during what can often be a very stressful process.
We cannot speak any more highly of Dana and the Jeremy McGinn team and have no doubts whatsoever in recommending them as professional and trustworthy estate agents!????????????
