I have recently used Luscombe Maye based in Modbury to sell my 3 bed property. From start to finish, I can honestly say, having never sold a property before, they put me at ease and talked me through the whole process. The team were all so helpful and always gave me plenty of advice and notice regarding upcoming viewings, nothing was too much trouble for them, I will definitely use Luscombe Maye in the future if I ever need to sell/buy a property again and I highly recommend them to anyone planning on making the big decision to sell and move.
