We viewed several properties with Owen Ball from Edward Mellor in Stockton Heath. Unfortunately we didn’t sell quickly enough to manage to buy the properties we loved. However, Owen was incredibly patient, professional, helpful and courteous at all times. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Jessica. Being first time buyers, she put our minds at ease and was happy to help with anything. She was extremely thorough and was always available to answer any questions we had.

Simon and the team at Meller Braggins helped us sell my Dad's property after he passed away. Selling under such circumstances was difficult but the process was made easier by Simon. He was honest and upfront and I feel his fees represent value for money. I did not feel pressured by Simon in anyway, something which I had felt by other agents. He was realistic in his selling approach and always listened to my concerns. Meller Braggins handled all of the house viewings for us which was amazing- this really took the stress from me. The whole team were helpful throughout and kept me updated on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend their services. Thanks you all.
