Great Estate agents After wasting 7 months with two other agents Taylor’s managed to get an acceptable offer on my house within days, actually before they had listed it on Zoopla or Rightmove, happily we have now exchanged contracts and have a completion. date. All the staff at this branch are friendly and helpful however a special mention needs to go to Alex and Lee. The have constantly kept me up to date on the progress, answered numerous questions, chased up the Convayancers, and always called me back when I have left a voicemail , I cannot praise them highly enough, thank you both. We were recommended to use a particular Conveyancer by Taylor’s, they were very disappointing and I was tempted to make this a 4 star review for that reason, however Alex and Lee should not be blamed for other people’s mistakes. Through no fault of our own, this sale took forever. Lee was our main cobntact, and he was top drawer all the way through (eventual) completion. Nothing more could have been done by him, and his patient dealings with the whole chain did pay off in dividends. My lady and I (and many others I know) have paid for Taylors to sell property, and it is a no -brainer to have taken you on yet again. Brilliant stuff. Both Alex and Lee at Taylors Estate Agents Patchway branch have been nothing but professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the house buying process so far.
