At the start the agent was not pushy or making unrealistic promises. Later on when frustrating delays occurred due to problems down the chain, the agent showed patience, attention to detail and did as much as possible to chase up other parties and reassure the seller. Recently sold our property in Cambridge with Cheffins. They marketed it well, had a good strategy and it sold over the asking price. Always had a good response from the office (especially Hollie) in the later stages when trying to navigate the exchange. My only complaint is an agent turned up to conduct a second viewing to our buyers without the keys! Other than that incident I would recommend.... Read more
