I have been very happy with the service I have received from Miles & Barr Whitstable. In particular I have been supported by three members of staff. Lindsay who was with me for my initial and last viewing and was able to answer any questions I had. Virginia who liaised closely with me after my first viewing whilst I made my own property ready for sale, offered advice and kept communication open between the vendor and myself. Suzanne who has worked closely with me as the sale progressed checking in with me every week. All could be mentioned by name and commended, so I have had to make a difficult choice to choose one below.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. They also allowed to visit the property for a second time.
They responded to all of our enquiries in very short time periods and they also supported us when there were issues with the sale.

Just completed on the purchase of my property and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Olly was in attendance at each of the viewings at a few different properties before he suggested I viewed the property I purchased. From start to finish his communication was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants for the property and suggested multiple properties in the area at each point of my budget. Then after finding ‘the one’ he then informed with the process and who I will hear from at each stage and passed me on to his colleagues in the sales progression team to deal with the completion. I will be using these guys when I look to buy again and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you once again!
