Ben (Property Consultant) and Rosalie (Sales Progressor) made what was a very very quick turnround (at our request) incredibly smooth. Both were very very responsive and accessible throughout. We enquired about a different property and it was Ben's idea to show us the one we eventually chose. He always had a smile on his face and was very relaxed whilst also exceedingly helpful. Rosalie was a true star, always on our side, a creative problem solver and helped massively with a - at times - very unresponsive solicitor. Having dealt with numerous estate agents in the past, we felt throughout the whole process that Ben and Rosalie genuinely cared and I couldn't recommend them more.

Oliver Jaques, more like Oliver Lacks! Visited my friends flat and was shocked to find water in the wall, yet there flat was never advertised as coming with a pool. Oliver Lacks seems unable and unwilling to help my poor friend. An abhorrent and unhelpful company which feels my veins with disgust.

I had an excellent experience buying with Oliver Jaques. Josh and Ben have been amazing with communication been quick to respond and supportive.
The process was smooth and quick thanks to the fact that they kept me in the loop every step of the way.

A truly civilised experience with OJ whilst looking for a flat in London, they were the only agency I had a good experience with and were efficient and respectful in everything they did. I felt like I'd gone back in time to when finding a place was a nice thing. Just a great service all round.

I'm in the process of getting an apartment and I got to know Josh Heard through the Oliver Jaques agency. The real estate market in London is crazy and finding the right apartment that matches your needs can be really difficult. In this sense Josh was absolutely fantastic, despite his numerous clients, he remembered me and my preferences regarding the type of apartment I was looking for (since I had already done a viewing with him). A few days ago he contacted me to tell me that a new identical apartment was available in the same building I was previously looking for. In a very short time he organised a viewing and as usual he was very honest and professional, always attentive to the client's needs. An absolute 5/5!

My husband, dog and I just sold our first home with the support of Oliver Jaques. A huge thank you to Serkan and Rosalie for all of their help! All the way through, from valuing to listing and through the managing of viewings to offer, Serkan was hugely helpful and kept us informed of all developments. His knowledge of the listed building and the ongoing major works was also hugely helpful in getting our sale across the line as he supported us and our buyer. When it got closer to the sale, Rosalie took a lead in helping us navigate the final queries and supported us and the buyer in managing our respective solicitors and getting the sale through to exchange and a successful completion! I cannot stress how helpful this was, not only for helping the sale succeed, but also in helping both my husband and I to manage our stress! House moving is not an easy process and Rosalie also helped us keep our seller’s estate agent and solicitor in the loop so that all 3 parties were aware of challenges as timelines slipped all the way through to completion! A huge thank you to you both for making the experience easier for us to manage alongside full time work!

The team at Oliver Jaques were fantastic from start to finish. Our property sale and onward purchase became quite complicated for various reasons out of our control and Tanem, Michael and Serkan worked exceptionally hard to keep the process moving along and to ensure we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. They were excellent at helping to keep us calm in the particularly stressful moments, when we thought everything might fall apart and I genuinely think we would have given up had they not been so professional, understanding, informative and proactive in chasing all parties involved. I'm exceptionally pleased that we chose to use Oliver Jaques for our sale, their valuation was spot on, they introduced a high number of qualified viewings and achieved an offer very close to the asking price. I would recommend them 100%
