I have had two dealings with Michael Hardy (Crowthorne) over the years and on each occasion, I've experienced a very personalised and fantastic service. The first time, they helped me purchase my house and that was very straight forward and just now, they helped sell my house. I did not even bother contacting other local agents as I was confident Michael Hardy were competitive, it wasn’t worth cutting corners with some of these DIY online estate agents, I knew Michael Hardy would be knowledgeable, trustworthy and would see the sale through by liaising up and down the chain and do whatever it takes to move things along. The service was easy from start to finish and the whole team have been on the ball, proactive, great communication, follow through on everything that has been discussed and agreed upon, keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Michael Hardy and the team! Thank you so much!

Response to MH: I believe you mean less than 50% of what the landlord and Michael Hardy had hoped for? A received SAR clearly demonstrated Michael Hardy’s intentions and commercial motivations. Furthermore, your response highlights the very reason why Michael Hardy is not recommended.

Ben and the team in Crowthorne were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house. They were very proactive in finding potential buyers to view the house . They always kept us informed and updated at all times . They were always professional and always there to advise and to off et help and support.

Disappointed on so many levels overall which is a shame
Only updates obtained were from other agents in the chain. MH updates came a day or so after those from Oliver at Kier Charles
Applicants left unattended in the property
Dismissive of concerns raised
My advise would be walk up the High Street before instructing MH

Be very careful with this agent. Allow people viewing the property to be left unattended. They left our property in an unsafe condition when we returned from holiday. Applied undue pressure and think it’s acceptable. If you raise a concern they become incredibly defensive and aggressive. Exactly the actions that happen when people have something to hide.

We would highly recommend Michael Hardy of Crowthorne. We had great advice from the off from Terry (now moved to the Wokingham office) who also gave us a competitive quote compared to other local estate agents. We were able to sell our house in a reasonable timeframe and thankfully had very patient buyers who stuck with us through our 5 month search. Ian helped us to keep up our morale and persuaded us to keep on looking while keeping us and our buyers fully informed, and eventually found us the house we purchased, which we're extremely happy with. Other members of the team were equally helpful specially Jane who was always reassuring and upfront when she needed to be and Ravi who also showed us round many houses and was very patient. The whole team were very responsive to our requests and always ready to help with a smile and pleasant manner. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We purchased through Michael Hardy, Crowthorne. I rarely write reviews but they were brilliant. Ian Roach was our point of contact and provided a service that was second to none. He was always very friendly, positive, patient and helpful. Ian was forthcoming with his assistance and successfully problem solved a few issues that cropped up along the path promptly and to great effect. This made the entire process significantly easier and quicker. A huge thanks to Ian and the team. I would recommend Michael Hardy Crowthorne without hesitation.
