Diligent, professional, communicative and caring. We'd recommend the whole team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Wendover. The work that agents undertake after an offer has been accepted is often overlooked but it's vital in bringing a sale/purchase to completion and everyone, but especially Adrian and Nicky couldn't have done more to help us. Great service and a big "thank you".

I went through a buying process with Laura Mullen at the Wendover office where I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted. Laura stuck with me and I eventually found the perfect place. She was patient yet focussed at every step and we had a few laughs along the way which kept the stress levels down. I thoroughly recommend her as a professional agent.

My Dad purchased a property in July 2023 and we were really pleased with how this was handled. Communication was fast, clear, and the process was very smooth as a result. Everyone we spoke to was aware of the sale and knew the details, and all were so friendly and helpful which goes such a long way when completing something as stressful as purchasing a house! Laura, in particular, was amazing, even helping after the sale had completed and going way above and beyond without needing to. Highly recommend this agency if you want to remove as much stress as possible from house hunting and buying or selling!

I dealt with Laura Mullen for a few months as we were involved in a rather long chain together. She was without doubt a breath of fresh air to deal with. When you are dealing with a chain where the other agents just had no clue and so unhelpful, to have someone like Laura involved, it made the whole situation so much easier. We worked as a team to get the chain moving, we spoke most days as it was the only way to get these buyers and sellers moved. I genuinely wish she worked closer to me then I may have another chance to work with her again.
Laura is an absolute asset to Tim Russ, she knows what she’s doing and gets the job done. Thank you Laura for being amazing. I hope to cross paths with you again soon.

From the very first viewing (plus multiple others) to completion, Tim Russ were absolutely fantastic. The whole team were highly professional and very accommodating to our requests. We were also very fortunate to have Laura looking after our purchase who was truly amazing, though no words can really describe how helpful she was. To say moving home is one of the most stressful things to do was just not the case with Tim Russ. Highly recommended

We have had a long and complicated sale which included 2 buyers, a government run Help to Buy scheme and an international move to South Africa for us in the middle of it all. All of this makes for the stuff of nightmares, however Tim Russ and Laura Mullen in particular went above and beyond at every step of the process to get our sale through.
I genuinely do not think we would have completed yet had it not been for Laura’s perseverance and determination. She spent 5 hours alone on hold to the government to try and push through some of the Help to Buy documentation; I know that ‘hold’ music will probably haunt her forever!! We are incredibly grateful and appreciative of her work, I have recommended Tim Russ to multiple neighbours and friends, our experience of this estate agent is outstanding. Thank you again from South Africa!!

A must if buying and selling locally.
Competing against other local estate agents, I chose to instruct Tim Russ to facilitate the sale of my property due to the professionalism and incredibly thorough way Nikki completed the initial valuation and assessment of my property. This first interaction completely set Tim Russ apart from the pack.
Throughout the viewings of my property, I was kept in the loop by Laura, Andrea, and Adrian, with the upmost efficiency. Excellent communication all round.
I found Adrian to be incredibly knowledgeable and particularly helpful in the search for a new property for myself – he holds a keen understanding of the infrastructure and workings of the houses in the area across different eras.
Andrea has been pragmatic in my further search for new properties and her continuous support and feedback during the viewing period on my property, was a great comfort to me.
Laura has been an absolute star from the go. Some weeks I’m sure, speaking to me more than her partner! She’s been fantastically organised and has really driven this sale through. Communication, empathy, and integrity really are qualities that shine through in all our interactions throughout the sale.
All in all, I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by all the employees at Tim Russ – and most importantly they helped achieve the price I absolutely wanted.
