My uncle and I used Jeffries & Dibbens in Southsea to sell my great uncle's house as he had to go into a care home. Rob and Eddie plus team were brilliant from start to finish, giving us honest advice on what best to do. As we do not live locally (50 miles away), they assisted us with every step of this journey making the process seamless. The team go above and beyond to help you and you feel supported every step of the way in a process that for many is very stressful. This is a belated thank you to Rob, Eddie, Molly & Brenda at Jeffries in Southsea. We sold our house through them on October 2022 and every aspect of the service was excellent. Moving house can be a stressful business but they provided outstanding service and support throughout. The house was priced accurately to the market and the Jeffries team were great at showing people round and communicating with us and potential buyers. Brenda also provided helpful office support when the others were out on viewings. The most important thing was that they seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the house and took time to find out about all aspects of it - I am sure this was conveyed to buyers.
