Chapplins were brilliant in the purchase of our house! Great communication throughout and turned what was a stressful long purchase into a very bare-able one! Stuart was very patient and so very helpful throughout and was there to answer any question big or small, nothing ever seemed to much! Katie knows her job inside out and is so professional and friendly, again.. nothing was ever to much. Thankyou to the whole wonderful team that work together so well. we will certainly be using them again in the future.

Extremely pleased with the service from Chapplins in selling our property. We were kept informed throughout the process, advising us on viewing outcomes promptly, when sale was progressing they kept us informed on buyers status. The agent that was directly working with us was so approachable and friendly her communication skills were great, nothing was any bother, we felt well looked after, through what can be a very stressful time. We didn't have to chase up for information, it came directly. Would definitely recommend Chapplins. It was also helpful to use Chapplins legal team it made everything flow we had nothing ti worry about everything arrange as we requited.

We recently purchased our first home through Chapplins Estate Agents and it was an amazing experience. From the start, the team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Katie, the Senior Negotiator, was particularly helpful in guiding us through the entire process. From the paperwork to the house itself, she was on hand to help, always making sure to answer our calls and address any concerns we had. She was patient in providing all the advice we needed and her knowledge of the industry was clearly evident.

I used Chapplins to purchase a property. What a fantastic team, who actually work together as a team! I didn't have to wait for the one person if they were not available. There was always someone to take my call. A very professional outfit who I will definitely use again. The team were very friendly (in particular Katie) and a good rapport was built up. I've just used Chapplins for the sale of my house and couldn't be happier!
During the 'go-to-market' phase they were the most genuine, honest and helpful people we talked to (that can be so rare in estate agents), and that never waived in the whole process. They gave us honest advise on the pricing, and explained the pros and cons of going above and below our targeted sale price which was so useful. At the same time, the decision felt like it was totally ours, and they never pressured us into anything. The house was on the market in no time, and we were so pleased with the advertising and photography.
During the pre-sale stage they were just as amazing - willing to work around us (as we work from home), but also giving us great advice on open day vs. independant house viewings. The viewings must have gone well, as we achieved our target price for the house sale, which in the current market can't have been easy to do!
Since Sale STC, I have probably been the most pesty client ever, but they've taken everyone of my calls with enthusiasm. They've been a really asset in moving the house sale along, and we wouldn't have been able to reach exchange so fast without them. They've also been so helpful with the first-time buyers we have buying our house, being open and honest about how things work in the process, and communicating the 'real-person' concerns that our buyers have had. It so easy to loose this when going through the solicitors as they always just talk facts, rather than explaining the reasoning.
We've now reached exchange and we're so excited to be moving in to our dream home. A BIG BIG thank you to everyone at Chapplins, but in particular Katie. They are estate agents rockstars and you would never regret choosing them should you decide to sell your house!

It has been a very long road for us but.... It's almost complete. Katie, Stuart and the staff at Chaplin's have been Amazing, Patient and so helpful with our purchase of our new forever home. They recommend a solicitor firm which has been a big help. Had several views of new property with no fuss even encouraged us to view as many times as we wanted. Chapplin's have gone above and beyond for us as our buyer was very long winded purchasing our property. We would recommend Katie, Stuart and the rest of the staff to you. They are all patient and understanding of the stress that comes with buying and selling. Thank you all ????????
