I have used Belvoir in Basingstoke for the past years renting out my property and recently I used them to sell the same house. All the services I have used from them have been first class. On the letting side, they are quick to resolve faults that the tennant brings to their attention and keep on top of all the routine tasks. I haven't had to worry about my landlord obligations. Belvoir has made my experience as a tenant well-supported. Kirsty was very helpful in facilitating repairs in the flat, particularly when I had issues with the boiler. The contractor visit also went smoothly and was on time. Additionally, I did not encounter any problems with the checkout process which was facilitated by Jo.
