Really pleased with the service we received from Stanford Estate Agents. They were professional, helpful and enthusiastic with regard to selling our property. We had seen a number of estate agents in the Chandlers Ford area and Stanford Estate Agents were by far the best and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell your property. They realise it's not just another house to sell, it's your home and they are there to help you every step of the way.

The service was A+. Bradley Henley was overseeing my purchase and I can not fault the service.
He always made him self available to talk through anything I did not understand and was nothing was too much trouble
Highly recommend if you are buying or selling a property to complete this process with Stanford Estate Agents

Thank you to the whole team at the Chandlers Ford office. Always polite and professional - you were a pleasure to deal with during the process of selling our property. Never pushy and kept good lines of communication open; on the one occasion feedback was not forthcoming this was rectified promptly. A degree of tenacity was required to get the deal over the line so particular thanks go to Tim and Bradley for their efforts.

We would never have moved if it wasn't for the exceptional hard work put in by the team at the Chandlers Ford branch. A little slow to contact us when we were first looking but by no means the slowest. The entire team went above and beyond for us with a special thank you to Bradley. I would highly recommend the Chandlers Ford branch to anyone looking for a professional and quality service.

I bought and sold with Stanfords, (offered on a bungalow in Chandlers Ford and sold a flat in Eastleigh), as I wanted to deal with one agent.
Lysette and Barry at C'Ford were upfront about the property details as some building works/repairs had been done in the past. Stanfords also gave me a little space to look at the documentation properly which they had put together before I instructed my solicitor and surveyor and started incurring costs. Once a sale was agreed Billy took excellent photos and did the marketing and the Eastleigh office achieved the price I required to purchase the bungalow in 3 days. Other agents had quoted a far lesser sale price but the property was definitely worth more.
Throughout the sale process both Eastleigh (John/Jamie) and C'Ford (Tim/Bradley) helped to push it through as this stage can be quite depressing.
I'm very happy with my new home and the service I received from Stanfords. I would recommend them to others.

No doubt whatsoever this is the best estate agents in the south! Having bought and sold many properties through Stanfords I can highly recommend using them for both selling or buying a property. They are expert in valuations, with an excellent level of knowledge of the current values of many areas, not only Eastleigh & Chandlers Ford, but Southampton too. The properties that I have sold through Stanfords have sold easily and for the right price, with minimum viewings, they chose the right buyer for each property. Thank you Stanfords, for your efforts over the years.
