Chancellors were fantastic to work with from start to finish! Our property was sold elsewhere in the end, however I can't stress enough the support we had in the whole process. Tom was proactive in checking in with us throughout and helped with any questions that we had. The weekly updates were great, feedback on viewings were given straight away and no pushy salesman tactics! Thank you to the Chancellors team and especially Tom for your professionalism. We will certainly be recommending you to our friends. Other local estate agents should take note on how Chancellors practise.

My agent Lillie was extremely nice and helpful. As a local she even gave me some insight and advice on things to do locally. Was a pleasure meeting her, and 5 stars to her, she really sold the place well to me. Only downside to the whole process was that I wasn’t a fan of the Lettings Hub, the referencing agency used by Chancellors. They seemed like a useless middle man that didn’t do much except extend the process. Didn’t seem super professional and their online reviews are terrible, so was quite uncomfortable sending them my personal details. Wish I could have just sent my documents and references to agent/landlord directly - sometimes simple communication is best, instead of outsourcing everything!

I had the worst experience ever with this letting agency I wanted to put zero star but we all know how it goes on here. I had the best of experience when I was renting with them but after living in the property and at the end of the tenancy it shows they did not care at all. I have to be leaving work early the chase them regarding my deposit and for weeks I am being told they cannot get hold of my Landlord to sign off on the return of my deposit. I feel like they are literally taking me for an idiot but I will continue to share my experience with others. This is the same letting agency that has the flat up online for rent . Like you can rent the Landlord property without his permission then but I cannot get my deposit without permission, WORD TO THE WISE if you ever experience this raise a dispute within 3 months of end of tenancy as they will not tell you this.

As executor on my fathers will,it has been quite stressful,with poor market conditions.But I have been very happy with Tom the team at Chancellors Aylesbury,.and would use them again.I dealt personally with them and found them professional and knowledgeable about the market.I am very happy with the price we achieved on the property with all the volatility in the market at present.
