Have an issue with my current flat I'm renting from them, have been told it's unlivable (by their own private experts), have tried to contact them to make the necessary repairs and just been told "I'll be called back" 4+ times but no call back and no resolution made. It's not fair for me to pay rent plus extortionate bills to live in one of their flats! I just hope this negative review gets their attention enough to take my complaints seriously and try to rectify something!

My father, 94 years old, had to go into a care home. The Social Services agreed to pay for the first 12 weeks before Dad's Care would need to be paid for by the sale of his home. Dad had 3 weeks respite before we decided that his care home was right. Unfortunately, my father passed away from a chest infection/sepsis, the last day of his respite. So, the 12 weeks deadline was no longer in place. Initially, there were numerous viewings, which, despite two drops in price, tailed off, and for two weeks, there were no viewings. I instructed them that we wanted to switch to a more active agent. There were then at least 2 viewings per week. Despite this, after 12 weeks the bungalow was not sold. I question? How can the viewings go up dramatically once I have stated that we want a more active agent? When I instructed that we wanted to change at the end of the 12 weeks, we were told that they required two weeks notice. I had to point out that we signed up for 12 weeks and not 14. This was just a try on.

We had 4 estate agents value our property and Matthew at Edward Knight was fantastic. Matthew was knowledgeable and honest, we felt comfortable and confident. He stood out and didn’t over value our house like others.
Communication was extremely efficient throughout, Mark oversaw the communication with our buyer, solicitors and even the house builder for our new home. They are professional and we couldn’t have been happier.
Our house sold 6 hours after going on the market and we actually sold and completed for higher than the sale price - this was all thanks to the work of Edward Knight.

I used the app " get agent" for the Northampton area and Edward Knight and others were recommended I emailed all that were recommended and Edward knight were the first to email back. They then contacted me and talked me through the process and I booked them in for a valuation, in which they are totally realistic on the local area. They then marketed my property with good photographs and synopsis of the property.
Edward Knight always kept us informed by phone call or text of a viewing and they were always early to meet and greet the prospective buyers, they had good knowledge of my property and area, they knew our requirements for the sale of my property and secured a sale after a few viewings.
I would strongly recommend Edward knight to friends and family in the quest of selling their home.

They have been very professional throughout. I have had a lot of communication with Helen at their office who has been amazing chasing up the buyer and his solicitors who have constantly delayed completion. I picked this agency as although their fees were high I felt I could trust them. Their only negative was that I asked for a for sale board to be put up and it didn't happen.

Our house was marketed by Edward Knight and within 24 hours we had sold. They have been professional and we’re realistic on the potential sale price from the off. They said our house would sell easily and they were correct. I felt confident we had selected the correct agents to market our home to its full potential.

Not a good experience. It was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing. On the day of the viewing, I got a call from Kaylee 20 minutes before the appointment telling me that she didn't have the keys to the property. I am not local, and I was already at the property when I received her voicemail. Kaylee seemed to just expect me to go home without viewing. Only when I explained that I had travelled 60 miles for the viewing and I thought this was unreasonable did she make any effort to resolve the issue. I had to wait outside the property for another half an hour before anyone turned up.
