This is a message for the homeowners/landlords if you are looking for an Estate Agent in Eltham area. I have worked with 4 different agents in Eltham since I lived, moved and invested in this location. John Payne is the BEST local agent, I am so glad that I worked with Oliver and his team. Price is always the key thing when you selling, for my property they achieved better than the similar properties on the same road! Time, I was very lucky because they found me a cash buyer, the exchange contract happened just before Christmas and completion took place in early January. That's exactly met my needs because my mortgage came to the end and will be on a variable rate. Communications, They will advise you through every single steps, especially they worked very close with my solicitor until the completion. Thank you Oliver, Max, Emily and everyone in the team!

We would highly recommend John Payne. Oliver went above and beyond during our sale. He kept us constantly updated, he never made us feel like we shouldn't contact. We didn't ever feel like we needed to chase to push viewings, or the progress of our sale, as we were so confident in how hard he works. We can't thank Oliver enough for supporting us through this, a really genuine and reliable person which was so appreciated during this experience. Max was also really professional and so helpful, contacting us out of office hours just to update us.

Selling your home is a big life event and you want someone you can trust. When my dad made the decision to sell our family home of almost half a century it was really important we found a local agent who we could have a trusting relationship with. We turned to Acorn ( now part of John Payne ) as they had supported my first home purchase many decades ago. Oliver Henness came and spent unhurried time with me and dad. He listened and was so knowledgeable. The service that he and other members of the team supplied was everything we could have hoped for. Every call and email was promptly responded to. Although the sale took longer than we expected I know that our agents were doing everything in their power to move things along. Sadly dad didn't live long enough to see the sale complete on his old home but I know that his confidence and trust in Oliver and the team was well placed

If it weren’t for Max Williams we’d have no chance!
After the vendor pulled out of the first property, Max looked after us and made sure that we had first-view of the next one.
Even following through to make sure that we extended our mortgage offer, when no other advisor did.
We count ourselves very lucky during the current circumstances, and Max is a big part of making our dream purchase happen.
