I invited Aaron round after only receiving 5 viewings since my property was listed with an online agent after I got a letter in the post. Aaron and Big move generated more leads in a week than over a span of 4 months. We did adjust the price but the offers we have received have all been considerably higher than the previous 1 offer we had. We have just accepted an offer for above Aarons recommended guide price and hope his efforts, communication and professionalism continue till we move. I can definitely say our experience with Big Move has been completely different to that of the online only agent.
Total Scam!!!!! Found one of their properties through zoopla this summer and paid a holding deposit (£250).... due to wrong information of the availability date, a woman named shindy told me she'll transfer the money back as soon as they'll receive it. Well apparently they have never received any money, ALTHOUGH we double checked it with our bank and paid for an investigation request which confirmed that they've definitely received the money. I tried to contact that woman several times via email and I got either no reply or a grumpy call back saying she can't really do anything about it because the money would still not be on their account. Just lost £250 for nothing.
From the first call, Priya was proactive with confirming our appointments and set up several to view at the same time. She was detailed in understanding what I really wanted for my flat. She continued to keep in touch throughout the process, even though I had to make a short trip out of the country, and helped me handle things while I was away. She was warm and trustworthy, made me feel comfortable asking anything, was not pushy, recommended what she thought was best for me not what would be most profitable, and did not make me feel as if I was just a business interest. She even told me to email her in future if I needed any advice on the London real estate market, even if I did not get an apartment through her. She's the kind of agent that inspires loyalty from her clients.
By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for.
But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open!
I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.
Paul was dealing our current property what we renting. He was respond quickly for all our enquiries, send update regularly. This estates agent made our move smoothly and highly recommend them for other tenants.
We had an extremely smooth process before our move in date. Until we moved in and found out that some of the items that were listed as KEY FEATURES were actually not something that we'd have access to. Moving into the new development, we were advised that we'd have to use a nearby building for our "key features" until our building is complete. I will add the listing, for your own judgement. The building that we have temporary access to, has and will continue to have all of the key features, we will ONLY have a gym and concierge. To move, is to uproot yourself and in this case your family. I write this, very disappointed because everything else was smooth except for this blatant false advertisement, listed as KEY FEATURES. I called, to get clarification, because upon our arrival, we were told that our building will not have such options, ever, and that we will only have access to the other building until our building's gym is ready, and not after. When I called, I spoke to a rep that answered kindly, as usual. When I told her of what I had been told, to my surprise, she began to speak over me, advise me that my "husband was told this" at the viewing (which she wasn't at by the way), etc. I asked her directly of each "key feature" individually, asked her, had he been told that two of the four "onsite key features" would not be available? She then said that she's sure her colleague advised my husband. (Although before she said he was told "at the viewing"). I expressed my disappointment, we pursued this listing based on THEIR description, based on being advised that the KEY FEATURES and the "ON SITE" services/options that are not currently available, will be available. It is very unfortunate as we were especially excited about our new home, especially because of the options that we will not have. It's a beautiful area, beautiful home, but stop the false advertisement, it's not right and it's unnecessary.

I have seen your response and when time allows, I will respond thoroughly. For now, I will simply ask you, why make updates to the ad, removing the very things that I pointed out, after my complaint? And after we've already moved in....Quite unusual if you, as you stated, "strongly disagree that any miss selling or misrepresentation of advertising has taken place".
Furthermore, no, I will not be removing my review.

A very reactive, helpful, professional and nice team! We dealt with Max and Rachel, who are both lovely and were very flexible in terms of meeting our availabilities for viewings and responding to our annoying queries. They also know the area well, so definitely worth a visit if you're looking to rent in the area.
Eriselda was great to work with. Very energetic and knows the area. Ultimately rented in a different area of the city but will go back to her if we are looking at the Clerkenwell area another time.
If you are looking for an estate agent, then we could not fault these guys. they treat you like a friend as well as a customer or landlord.
5 stars is not enough.... they deserve more. :- )

both times they have found me great tenants, quickly.
Greg set the team a challenge to find me a new set of tenants so there was no 'empty period' .....offering them an incentive to find the perfect tenants at the perfect time for us.

I am enjoying their unsolicited post ever since my house was put on the market through a different estate agent.
I especially enjoyed queuing up for twenty minutes in the post office to pick up a letter that had postage due on it. This turned out to be another one of Dexter's unsolicited letters that they had failed to put any postage on.
Alex was truly excellent to deal with - and provided all the help and reassurances I needed as a somewhat nervous first-time landlord (with a thousand questions). I felt in good hands, and really appreciated the quick responses. Great tenants were found very quickly, and everything fell in to place rather nicely (though I’m sure there was a lot of hard work going in to it). Thanks a lot to Alex, Arron and the team.

He smoothed all processes and made the deal quick and easy.
