We have had a very positive experience of bop throughout our house purchase. The office is generally very communicative and always action things that they say they will do (this is also the case for bop in Bideford). In particular we felt very supported by Tracy doing the sales progression, who was very responsive and effective in helping coordinate all parties concerned and moving things along. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience of buying a house with Bond Oxborough Phillips from start to finish. Beth was incredibly helpful in responding to our enquiry and setting up our viewing promptly. We were shown around by a really professional, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable person (sorry I can’t remember her name!), then Beth was very efficient in dealing with our offer. After it was accepted, we were delighted to have Tracy as a dedicated contact to help guide us through the rest of the process. Tracy was extremely responsive and helped to keep everything on track - liaising with both sets of solicitors and the vendors on our behalf. It was reassuring to know that she was on top of everything and it was in safe hands.
