Louise, Maddie, Catherine & Jamie were all extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the house sale. Nothing ever seemed too trivial to phone them about and their patience when dealing with us was exemplary. They called into the property when needed as it went through the clearance process and were able to assist with all processes from my father leaving the house to the point of the new owners moving in. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and thank them for a great job well done!

I have been renting with HRD for 17 years and I can honestly say the customer service has been great throughout and I am very grateful for everything Kayleigh, Jamie and Kat have done for us. I do however want to specially mention the AMAZING Heather at property management who works through the Newport office. If ever there are any problems she truly is a welcoming voice over the phone and I know that my problem will be rectified effectively and efficiently because Heather is dealing with it. Heather will always do anything within her power to rectify any problems and I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for my family over the years. She really is a shining star ????????????

From the valuation to the completion of sale of my late father's property, all of the staff have been extremely helpful, and at times gone a little further to help as we are not based on the island. For this we cannot thank them or praise them highly enough. Thank you again for finding the right buyer and keeping the stress that comes with property sales to a minimum.

Have been in my property managed by this company for nearly 8 years now. I have had many conversations over the years with property maintenance for general repairs such as fencing or leaking taps etc which has sometimes been slow in progress but the job does get done. I do however want to express my sincere thanks to Heather in particular in this department over an ongoing issue we have been having which was progressively worsening, Heather took the time to visit my property in person and went to great lengths in discussions with my landlord and maintenance team to get a prompt resolution when I escalated to her again recently, she went out of her way to keep me posted at every stage and I am very grateful for this. It is now completely resolved and the end result has surpassed any expectations. The maintenance team that worked on our home went above and beyond when completing the job and did their best to work around me and my family.

I recently moved in to the island from a different country, that too with my children. Hose Rhodes Dickson helped be to find a house especially Ms. Kayleigh and Mr. Lloyd helped me a lot. They were friendly, very helpful and very quick in their work. Finding a home in the island that too for a non citizen is a Himalayan task which was made very easy only because I was with the right people. Thank you so much Hose Rhodes Dickson, (Kayleigh and Lloyd) very very much. I love the house and the place.
