I was lucky in that my property sale was very straight forward. Proffitt and Holt undervalued the property to begin with and I chose to put it on for more - it sold for more too. Otherwise everything went smoothly. There were problems further down the chain but they didn’t affect me and I was pleased with the service I got.... Read more
