He was very polite and professional. All the staff in the office at Guiseley were also very friendly and helpful. I'm a disabled person and I travelled all the way from Sheffield to view a property in Rawdon and I told the agent at the property that I want the property and without even asking me they took a deposit from someone else and made me travel and waste my whole day for nothing, I spoke with the manager who only cares about the income they generate and zero customer service completely unprofessional company who needs to understand not to waste peoples time and money especially if they are disabled please please stay away from this completely unprofessional agents.

Really positive experience selling our property through Hardisty.
Following a very poor experience with another local agency, Ornella and her team at the Guiseley branch couldn’t do enough to assist our sale. From finding viable people ready to proceed with moves, to dealing with break down in ongoing chains and finding replacement buyers quickly, they were always on hand to help. They really gave the personal touch and worked under pressure to coordinate issues slowing down completion to meet deadlines. A personal thanks to Ornella, Sam and Sarah. Would definitely buy or sell through them again in the future.
