Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

Very helpful throughout the whole process and kept us informed with regular updates. Acted on any issues swiftly and purposefully, meaning that the purchase went through nice and smoothly, and at a good pace! Would definitely recommend.

Adam Lake at David Lee has impressed us from the day he came out to value our home and has not disappointed us to date. I feel confident we will be supported throughout the sale and also our purchase, even though that’s not through David Lee as it’s out of area.
The communication is great and Adam gives the right level of advice and supports you to have your own opinion too.
I would highly recommend Adam, and so glad after having four agents to value I chose the right one. The agents all valued the house at similar levels so it was down to who was the best agent, which we definitely got!

I was looking for a modern, professional approach to marketing my home and had seen some of the innovative approaches David Lee had taken for properties outside of my area. I asked that they do the same for me.
I have been extremely happy with the process from start to finish. Slick and efficient with a dedicated team guiding the sale through to completion.
Would thoroughly recommend David Lee to anyone who wants a no fuss, honest, hardworking team to get their home sold.
