I have recently sold and purchased a new property through Country Holmes. We first viewed a house with Mike, who had a chat with us and really got to know what we were looking for and made a recommendation on a property which we then viewed and fell in love with, and purchased. The sale of my property was predominantly dealt with by Tom, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. Tom was more than happy to deal with any queries I had, or to communicate with our buyers for us. On a whole, the entire team at Country Holmes is fantastic, and I would happily recommend them to anyone in the market for property.

We highly recommend Country Holmes if you are thinking of moving house. Although we never actually moved due to issues with our chain, the team at Country Holmes were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. The initial valuation of our home with Country Holmes was an easy process. Mike was good enough to support us through additional steps we needed to take to get our house on the market, due to an agreement on it that meant valuation needed council approval. Mike also spent a great deal of time on our house photos and walk around tour, even returning on a different day for outside shots when the sun was out.
When we found a house we wanted to buy Katelyn at Country Holmes was fantastic at communicating with the vendors on our behalf and helped us to agree a price and secure a sale on the property.
Mike and team were always available whenever we needed and we will absolutely return to them when we are ready to start the process of marketing our house again.

I don't normally give reviews, but this time Country Holmes estate and lettings deserves one! and a really special thank you to Tom one of there letting agents, for always being constantly on the ball and that one step in front at all times for us, which made it so free and easy.
We wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.
